Strange things are happening posted_image
Had a 5904 in last vehicle for about a year, no problems.
Fitted a 5906 + 508d to effectively the same car, estate swapped for sedan.
Master remote wouldn't operate the trunk release but 1 way would.
Arm with 1 way and 508d would give a warn away after 20 seconds then keep on every 20 seconds! But fine with the master.
Believe it or not I just re-paired both remotes and all appears to be OK.
PS it took 3 pairing attempts with the master (2 way) to get it to operate the trunk release.
Any thoughts apart from take it to a pro? Er wait there are only 4 of us doing this in the UK.

with your bit writer make sure that you write it with 0 as the remote other wise it will program it to the number that you have it listed on. IE if you write it to #1 remote only the functions you changed will work on the remote programmed as number 1

Don't worry been aware of that trick with the Bitwriter for years! Good point though.
Only problem now is that second (1-way) remote, when you use that to lock it the prox triggers off after 20 seconds, then keeps going.
