Hey Folks,

I was wondering if anyone on here was familar with the remotes for the alpine SEC-8027 alarm system.

I have that system, and have only one working remote. I purchased a couple of used remotes from a website, but they don't appear to be set to the frequency of my system...

Was wondering if anyone had any idea on how to adjust the remotes I brought to the frequency of my system.

Thanks

If they use a "binary" or pin coded chip, open up the units and break & relink the appropriate pins.

If a serial bit encoder, get new chips & duplicate the bit pattern - tho buying new remotes from the supplier may well be simpler or cheaper.

Hi,
Search SEC-8027 on the site here, the question of remote programming has been answered before.
