Once an idatalink TB module is flashed and installed in a vehicle (04 pathfinder), is it possible to reflash it and use on a different vehicle?

as long as it is a green box tb module you can. the orange box is not flash able.

then make sure you have all the wiring for the new vehicle.

They only allow you to re-flash it 10 different times. Which is usually plenty.

So, if the TB module was new on the shelf, then programmed for and installed in the Pathfinder, you're all set.

Sometimes, however, a module gets flashed for a certain car, then for whatever reason (maybe customer doesn't show up) it gets put back on the shelf, then programmed again for another car that doesn't get done, an so forth.

So yeah, you should be fine to re-use it. The chances that it's already been programmed with 10 different firmwares is probably pretty slim.
