Hi guys, I can't find anything in the search regarding this..
I have a Python 5303p, using the Avital 5303 install manual... This manual says to use relays for the factory alarm disarm & arm outputs, even for negative output.
All the units I've installed on negative disarm never required a relay, is there a reason for it on the 5303?

The reason for it would be a relay can handle more current than the alarm unit itself. They write it in to cover their bases and protect the unit. You don't have to use them if you know you won't run too much current through the output.
