Putting a prostart kit into a 2007 Caliber w/ manual trans with the DB-ALL bypass module.

The bypass is flashed with correct firmware and the starter is programmed to the transmitter and the tach is programmed. The yellow loop is not cut. The vehicle will go into ready mode (running > foot brake on > e-brake on >foot brake off > push button on transmitter > remove key > exit vehicle > shut off vehicle with fob) At this time all the triggers will pull it out of ready mode (doors, ebrake, foot brake)

When I attempt to start the car with fob it turns the ignition on, then flashes 3 times without a crank attempt. which according to the manual is brake circuit active or yellow loop (auto transmission only)

I don't understand how it goes into ready mode and the yellow loop is not cut and all the triggers are working yet it gives me an automatic transmission related error code without a start attempt.

Here is what I have tried in my troubleshooting:

-Different remote starter module
-Reflashed bypass module
-Reflashed bypass module and changed some options (Connected the parking brake and handbrake wires using w2w and disabled them in d2d programming)
-disconnected handbrake and foot brake and door triggers completely from vehicle and triggered them manually
-various other combinations of the above.

The only thing I have not done is created a full simulation on the bench.

Again the vehicle will go into ready mode (all triggers working correctly), it will also kick out of ready mode if any of its triggers are activated (as it should). So why no start attempt? and why the weird error code?
