2009 is250 disarm factory security

Hello fellow installers. My customer has an issue with my install on the IS250 PTS 2009. I installed an Avital 5303L with DBALL. I used the DBALL wiring info and worked fine. The only issue is that the customer doesn't like that the doors unlock before remote starting. This was obviously hooked up because the factory security will be triggered. I told him I will hook it up to relock after a few seconds but he doesn't want the door locks to open at all. I noticed if the factory alarm is on while I am in he car it will disarm when I start the car. I was thinking that there may be another ignition wire or starter wire I should use because I see lots of different variations of wires being used for remote start. Anybody got this working "correctly"?

When it sees ignition and transponder (ie during remote start sequence) it should disarm on its own

Yeah thats what I thought also before starting the job but its not working. Thats why I think it has to be another wire that needs to get energized but which one? Idata link uses another source for starter and ignition so not sure if anyone else has used the FLCAN wiring with better success.

I forgot to mention it was a D2D install. Also his car battery was weak because the battery died twice. Once when programming the bypass and the other when testing the alarm after the install.
