Hello all i just had the Viper 4104 2 way remote start installed on a 2010 Versa Hatchback. Everything works fine except the unlocking of the hatch. The factory remote used to just unlock the hatch after pressing the unlock on the remote 2 times. Now with the Viper remote I hold daown the AUX button for 2 secs it pops the hatch instead of just unlocking it. The kicker is if you are not right there to grab it when it pops it will not come up it just stays open like a partially open/locked door. After the install now the factory remote will not even unlock the hatch... Please helpppppppppp

Hi what kinda interface are you using some interfaces have setting you can change. Are all the other doors unlocking?also see if the hatch will unlock with the switch

Not sure of the interface being used, but all the other doors are unlocking fine, and the switch works for everything besides the hatch. It seems as if the remote is popping the hatch instead of just unlocking it as it used to do.
