Yes but place a 14004 diode across 85 and 86, band to 86 as a relay squelch, otherwise relay on shutdown will check 200 volts down your horn trigger wire, if transistor or chip driven you've fried it!

While that circuit is functional, I am of the opinion what you seek won't work.

Horn outputs are pulsing outputs, siren outputs on the other hand are constant. So while connecting the siren to the horn output will generate sound it won't function in the manner you would expect.

What unit do you have that needs a siren but doesn't have an output for one?

I see you have found the relay section on this site. There is a diagram for Pulsed to steady, that in conjunction with the one you posted will give you a more suitable siren output.

That's not the one, you want the opposite - momentary to constant. Is there a purpose or reason for this exercise?

No just for the OP to practice cutting and pasting, surely there's a POS siren output on that unit?

The original diagram you posted will suffice because the 4105 isn't an alarm and probaly aren't seeking a loud siren going off during locking and unlocking - especially if you dislike the horn for these operations. The down side is one has to test the setup to determine if siren chirp will work properly with the horn output. If it does panic doesn't sound the siren but merely makes it chirp.
