2011 So, I had post a while back on a remote start that I'd installed.
Bulldog deluxe 500 with PLJX and 05 Colorado.
Along the way there was some minor issues that was resolved.

2014,
Since then, I had remote replaced and reprogrammed.
New Battery from Walley World.

I have not touch any of the installation. Some reason, it sometimes doesn't want to start. Specially early in the morning. Too cold?
It sux because if it doesn't start, my truck go into the tampering mode and I have to wait 5-10min to even start with the key.

1. Remote not sending full starting data?
2. Not enough battery amperage?
3. Unit or bypass(PLJX) going bad?

What could it be? A2C, bulldog representative said it was security issue. Is he referring to my PLJX bypass?
Note! NO TACH wire installed.

If it is going into tamper mode, then the PLJX or wiring for it is to blame. It is imperative that you ground all connections to chassis. Reprogram the PLJX. Connect the tach wire and program it. Make sure that the battery cables are clean and tight (known to be a problem on those trucks).

Thanks for reply.
