5706v pager not working

I renectly installed a Viper 5706V everything works fine except the pager on the 2 way remote is not working. The icon is solid black so the remote pager is not disabled. the remote operates the vehicle but will not recieve commands from the module. But it did work when I first installed it and after programming it no longer works. I double checked every option in the programming and I do not see anything related to the pager? Any suggestions?

FYI found the problem, the antenna wire was crimped and was effecting the paging signal coming from the 5706V module
