Im trying to connect the parking lights for my viper 4704v. 6-pin connector says H/4 WHITE/ Brown-- "Light Flash Isolation Wire- Pin 87a light flash relay" and H/5 White-- "Pin 30 of light flash relay". My corolla diagram says I have Parking lights(-) at headlight switch & Parking lights (+) at dash fuse box. How would I come about connecting these parking light wires from RS to the cars wiring? Need help please.

use whichever parking light is easier to get to. use the pin 30 of light flash relay, and put the fuse on the unit into the correct polarity.

Thanks! Question, so I have my defogger wire connect not to the switch but in a kick panel that goes to the back. My problem, my wife decided to remote start the car and while in remote start mode she presses the defogger and then the car starts beeping (Horn) continuously!. I couldn't get the remote start to turn off so I had not choice but to disconnect unit. Now when I connect all the wires back into it the car starts automatically and will still not turn off unless I remove all wire harnesses to brain. Any idea how to fix??

are you sure you used the DEFOG output BLUE/WHITE to the defrost wire on the car? and not accidentally connected WHITE/ BLUE ?

WHITE/ blue is the activation input which would cause the car to automatically start.

I double checked that several times, that can be easily missed but the correct wire is connected. I did however realize that I connected the defog light from brain to kickpanel location where it reads (+)positive when I turn on switch. I THINK THAT WAS WRONG!!! My wiring diagram says to catch the defog behind the switch and that is a (-) latched. That may have caused the problem but the car still tries to crank when putting all plugs back in. Brain broken?? Doors locks still work and bypass as well.

plug the unit back in, and see if you can do a brake shutdown. there should be no reason for it to execute a start sequence randomly.

Hi. I've tried that numerous times. When it starts automatically I hear grinding so I disconnect it right away.
