Is the 2015 Mercedes Sprinter wiring schematics identical to the 2014 for alarm install.

Yes.
08 on is current.
I do these quite often, 3303 and a DB-ALL2, the wiring guide is in the European section of Xpresskit, don't use a roof mounted prox you'll pick up everything including passing aircraft, I use a glass break!
Minimal wiring, I also go out to the hood loom at the bulkhead for violet/white or black, can't remember starter cut.
POS +
NEG -
Siren
Starter Cut
Hood switch
BROWN / red and brown CAN
That's it!
