I have installed a viper vsm200 smartstart module about a year ago and let let the subcription expire and now I reactivated but I have no communication with the phone app!I guess I need an authorized installers to go on directed website and reactivate it for me.I just get the amber light blinking fast!Any installer that can help me with this ?? Thank you!

amber flash = connecting with satellite.

sometimes after updating an old smartstart account is done, it takes up to 24 hours for it to work. check again to see if the light is solid orange. if not unplug unit and wait 5min, replug unit back in.

No no luck!I tried what u told and still the same ,fast blinking amber light!any other suggestions?
