I installed my Viper 4706v in my '06 4Runner and had it working for about 2 weeks. All of a sudden it doesn't do anything. The led doesn't flash, the lights don't blink, no door lock/unlock, no remote start, nothing. I have a good ground and all the fuses are good so I have power all the way to the brain, just nothing comes out. It does give power to my bypass module by the 4wire connector, but the bypass module LED doesn't come on like it used to either. Nothing even clicks when I unplug power and reconnect. I also tried disconnecting the main harness, turned the key to "On", then reconnected it, still nothing.
One of the issues I had while it was working was it would remote start, but then it would shut itself off after about 30 seconds or so. It did not do it every time though, sometimes it would run the full 12mins and let me reset the run time with my remote. Dropping the virtual tach signal maybe...? Would this be a clue to my problem above?

It's getting flippin' cold here in Nebraska, please help!😃

You only need 3 things to begin testing. +12v on the small red wire, ground on black wire, and make sure both ends of the antenna are fully plugged in. Verify those 3 items first, dont forget to check your fuse on the red wire. If those all test good try to enter programing with the valet button. If you get no response something is bad.

Thanks vipercon99! I'm also having an issue with my DBall2. I have power and ground at the 4 pin harness from the RS brain but the LED doesn't flash at all whether the ignition is on or off. Is it time to send that back as well?

Having a string of bad luck here...😒

Alright guys, I can imagine I'd get two bad brains back to back but I ju installed the new one and it sends power to my DBall2, but it doesn't even click when I plug the main harness in. And the LED doesn't blink so I can program anything. Any ideas?
