I have a viper 4205v connected to dball2. Dodge Ram 1500 2007. Remote start works perfect. Etc. hooked up the smart start. White d2d to dball2 white d2d. Grounded the grey wire. Activated etc. Now when using the app the door lock and unlock work fine but I can't get my truck to start with the app. Still works with viper key fob and my normal keys.

Any ideas

Don't ground the grey wire.
