2005 lexus is300 fortin evo all bypass

Hi, I have installed a viper 5906v alarm system into my 2005 lexus is300 everything works expect for the remote start function. When I push the remote start button the car starts but doesn't turn over. However when I put the key in the ignition the car will remote start. I've rechecked the wiring(using the dark blue wire on the 24 pin harness as the gwr wire) and reprogrammed it but it still doesn't remote start. I don't know what to do now, should I add a diode to the key sense or the ground while running wire? Also I'm using a fortin evo all bypass and when I remote start the red light on the bypass comes on but it's not a solid red light it's rapidly flashing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
