Hello,

I need some help. I am unable to troubleshoot this problem. I would appreciate your insight.

My remote start will attempt to start the vehicle at random. The vehicle engine will crank but fail to run. I believe the system is shutting it back down.

I have no issues starting the vehicle with the remote. If I activate remote start via the remote the car starts and continuous running.

I removed the batteries from the two remotes and the issue has not gone away. The car still attempts to start at random. I do not believe it is timer based or temperature based. I do not see a pattern with time or temperature or believe my system is that smart.

My system:
--4105V Viper
--PLJX ByPass Module
--451m Lock Module

Vehicle:
--2000 Chevy Silverado 2500 6.0L

I installed the system myself and can share schematics if this will help. Have any of you ran into this issue? Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Edgar

The WHITE/ blue wire on H2, is this going to ground?
Antenna fault? Check lead.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.

Thanks for the response. I will take a look at that this weekend.
