You need to go to Xpresskit, down load the software (use W/Explorer it won't work on Chrome).
You then program it to the vehicle then back to the computer to program key sense.
I see one problem here, I believe only known dealers/installers can access the key to go part.
The security part won't work without the DB-ALL being flashed (you can do that as I showed above).
The RS definitely won't work without "key to go".
Read the instructions from Xpresskit.

Your problem is that
1) It's an import, not sold in Europe so official dealers won't touch it.
2) There's no one between England and Romania who does R/Start installs.
I can install it but you'd have to come to the UK!

You can't programme the key to go until the rest is installed and the DB-ALL 2 is paired with the car. But then the site won't let you enter the key2go section as you're not registered.

Yes, once you've flashed the DB-ALL 2 and paired it to the vehicle.

Not exactly sure of your question.  The Red Arrow points to the R/S's Ignition1 output.  You didn't mention which brand and model R/S you intend to use and each will be different.  If you are asking about where the RAM 1500's Ignition wire connection is, here is a photo :

While this Pictorial was on a non-PTS truck, many of the connection points are the same ( Parking Lights, CAN, IGN1, etc. )

In this diagram it shows A1 yellow wire as ignition and A9 RED / blue as starter.
