I'm working on a 2013 Ford Focus it is I one touch down only power window. It calls for type F door locks one wire setup using GREEN/ purple wire at BCM brown 60 pin pin 55 bUt it only unlocks the drivers door none of the other doors unlock works fine with factory remote not sure if there's a other way

This works for Euro versions. Go into driver's door, there are a number of black wires going into driver's door module. 3 wires will give you lock unlock and deadlock. Diode from lock to deadlock using 2 wires into door.
Or use a DB-ALL2 or Fortin equivalent CAN module will do all that.

It's key I did check there's no door lock module in drivers door

This is difficult because here in the UK we're on V7 of the Fiesta and V4.5 of the Focus.
According to Directechs this grey plug should be on your CEM module.
Depending on spec and alarm/RS this will give you ignition lock/unlock if programmed and deadlock + factory alarm/release deadlock/factory alarm disarm:-
