Evening All

I have 2 of these units that were sold t o me a number of years back both ites were functioning fine i have since removed one from a car and it went into storage i have just gone to re install the unit but it is failing to get a network connection to stay connected

i have tried the sim in the other unit i have and that is fine so i know the sim cards are good

this unit is just not maintaining a network setting does anyone know how to factory reset incase its picked up a bug of sorts ?
