installed a 4706 with a dball2 not starting with the factory remote now. also wont program the dball2 has the enform system activated has anyone else had this issue?

install guide that was used it has the bcm remote start not a dealer add on remote start. has anyone else had this issues if so what was done to fix this???????
any help would be awesome!!!!!!!!! already sat on directech tech support for over an hour.

has anyone successfully hard wired this vehicle? directechs gives a pretty good wire harness of what looks like it would be easy to hardwire
