Hello,
Had some battery issues and my remote stater/ alarm lost its options it was programmed with.
I am not 100% sure on make/model but I believe it is an autostart.
I have tried the manufacturer for help, but all they have is a web forum for email. I've tried it twice no response. In fact I will not purchase another of these products for the awful customer support.
After some searching I found a manual that might be my model, doc#110705 rev 3.8
After following the instructions to enter programming mode (hood pin) and following the correct mode process, everything beeps and flashes as it should. But when I exit programming mode (close hood) the programming I enter does not remember the changes I made and everything returns to default.
I need to remove the auto arm (omg does that suck, I can't believe this is a default option) and turn on diesel mode 30 sec delay. Right now the starter will start the engine, turn in off after 5-10 seconds and restart it. Not sure if I program it to diesel mode will fix this, I read something about a tach wire, but it was working properly before all this started. I did however have some front end work done, maybe they removed this tach wire, whatever it is.
Thanks for any help!

the main thing is to be 100% certain what system you have installed. the BRAIN should typically be installed under the dash somewhere and will have a make/model on it.

Well maybe it's not an autostart, perhaps a command start?
The model number starts with cs
Cs-6850TW-FM
H5.0 V3.1
Searched Google, did not come up with anything.
