I have the cs310i in my 2001 duramax 2500 and the in line 30amp fuse keeps blowing. I have checked the wiring over and can't see any problems with shorting but anytime I go to put the fuse in, it blows. It's worked before but I tried one day an found the fuse blown. Is there anytime else to check?

Sounds like a stuck internal relay, probably the ignition or starter output.

I just checked the ignition and starter relay and both work good. Open an close fine. Could it be the ignition switch?

Would have to be a short to ground typically if it's blowing a 30A fuse. Is it the RED or the RED / Black that is blowing?

Try unplugging the heavy gauge wire plug before replacing the fuse, then plug it back in once you have replaced the fuse!

It is the red one that kept blowing. But I reset the box today and plugged the fuse in an i got power through without a blown fuse. Just have to fix the hoodpin switch and I think it might work.
