Have a Compustar CM5200 brain that just doesn't want to let me program any remotes to it. Every time the key is turned to ignition, the module just undergoes a long clicking sequence. Cycling between ACC and ON won't go into programming mode because it's either in the middle of the clicking, or if after the clicking ends, will just restart the clicking again.

The sequence goes:
15 clicks
Very brief pause
5 clicks
Approx 2-3 second pause
6 clicks

The antenna and remote plugged into a CM7200 program and work perfectly fine. Just this module does not want to work, just keep clicking.

Had the same problem and click sequence occur on a CM6200 before, but cycling ignition 5 times would interrupt it and put it into programming mode. This one does not want to do that. Can't seem to find anything on the internet about what it means either. Anyone have a clue?

I've managed to get it to stop clicking. However it still won't go into programming mode. Cycling ignition to on five times does nothing. :(
