Hi there,
Bought a 4806v system for my wife's 09 Suzuki Swift, which has already a security system (alarm and keyless entry). The current security system was hacked and the FOB was cloned, so they mugged the car.
Long story short, when I took the Viper to the installer, he says it's only a RS, so I looked up and indeed, I messed it up.
Any chance I can use this to replace a security system? (i.e. if you open the door with the system armed, the horn will sound and alert the 2-way controller?)
I can see in some ebay listings that you can add a motion sensor (but the connector is missing in the same module).
My bad if this has been answered before, I tried to use the search function :(
