79 jeep cherokee.
im using it only to actuate door locks. it worked for a few months and then the car was in the shop for a few months and had battery removed. now i get nothing when i press the remote. i have 12v at the black and red at the harness, so its getting power. no flashing led on antenna no clicks nothing. is there a way to check if its on/operating or to reboot it? I unplugged 12v for a few hours but that was no help.

should I ground the green door sensor wire and run the pink to the ignition to try to re-pair the remote or does it sound like its toast.

thanks
