Could someone look this over and make sure everything is proper? I've done my best and spend quite a number of hours searching any information I could get to try and put this together, so that the install is as smooth as possible.

I'm going to be putting the Viper 5806V into my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 5.9 V8. The truck is a Standard 2-Door, came with a factory keyless (I dont have remotes), but build sheet does not indicate a factory alarm system.

Wiring for the 01 Ram was pulled from these sources:

https://www.bulldogsecurity.com/bdnew/vehiclewiringdiagrams.aspx

I'm unsure about which relay set to use for the trucks lock system, could you let me know which of these two would be proper? :

If I left anything out or can assist you, feel free to ask me any questions and I will answer them as soon as I am able to! I wanted to note that I DO have the full install manual for the 5X06 family that includes detailed info about each wire!

Thanks for your time :D

Attached should be a .png of the wiring list for the system. Please let me know if it is proper, and if not what to fix.

5 wire positive setup for unlock, straight positive output for lock. Two relays needed. Very unique door lock setup.

Could you be more specific/descriptive with your explanation, and do you have any information with regards to the rest of the wiring?

Is this what you are referring to for the 5 Wire? https://www.the12volt.com/12voltimages/5wap.gif

Do I simply add that into the circuit and it will lock/unlock properly?

Quick Addendum: Ignore the 30A marking in notes on the fused 12V stuff, I just got the alarm in the mail today and it turns out they come fused from the factory, which is really nice :D

For the door locks, get a Directed 451M Door Lock Module. The vehicle Unlock goes open to unlock while the vehicle Lock
wire needs a (+) signal to lock.

RS 9 RED / White goes to +12V constant.

Everything else looks OK.

Soldering is fun!
