Did you find that the truck has transponder chipped keys? I'm assuming that it did because it had the transponder 4 Pin connector at the ignition switch. Did the Key-Override-All install and program as per the directions? You will need 2 working, unique keys to do the programming.

You can test your installation of the RS3-G5 by unplugging the 4 Pin connector of the Key-Override-All, inserting ( but not turned ) an ignition key and trying a R/S.

I have not finished install. Hard time finding power lock/unlock colors. Got chart from pushcart for 2008.Looks like it's the one I can use. The only 4 pin with matching colors was on the left side of the steering wheel but it didn't plug in to the ignition barrel. Fortin connection #2 shows grey 6 pin at my ignition. Don't have one or understand where to go from here. I read to try remote before i installed bypass but it didn't work.

Here is some info from Bulldog Security for your Truck :
https://diagrams.marktoonen.nl/printlist.aspx?MakeID=18&ModelID=19851

Probably best to have a game plan. Start by collecting all available info on your truck,
downloading wire guide lists, bypass module install guides and the full install instructions
for your R/S system. Next compare the guides for differences and compile a chart with all
the necessary connections. Post that list for member review. Next, bench prep the R/S
to the bypass module. Then start taking the truck apart to locate, test and verify all
wires. You are undertaking a complex job and careful planning is required so that you
don't kill the truck or R/S system.

you will need to use relays to power up the 2nd and 3rd acc wires too, for the bypass your truck uses a 4 pin! connector at the ign switch not a 6 pin!,
