I have a 2011 hyundai sonata 2.0t with push button start. I had installed a dball and a smartstart dsm200. Everything worked perfect. I started getting bad signal when AT&T dropped coverage, so viper/directed told me to upgrade to the vsm300. So i did, after it was installed the car would not remote start so i reset the dball and did the relearn key procedure. Then it worked, but not the same...currently it will randomly stop running when a door is opened. also i dont remember the car beeping/chiming if say someone gets in the back and closes the door without the remote while it is remote started. Is there something that can be checked or is being missed? Has anyone run into something similar?
