I have the viper 4706 installed on a 2001 silverado. I have no horn chip when locking or unlocking the doors also no horn chirp when going into program mode. I have the H/3 wired tired into the black wire for at the bcm negative side of the horn relay. If i ground that wire the horn goes off. I have the jumper set for horn negative.
