This is for 2013 through 2016, not sure if 2017 is the same, but worth checking.
HORN DARK GREEN/WHITE (+) @ BCM, BLACK 24-PIN PLUG, PIN 23

I read that first, but there is no Dark green/white wire

Why not just test at the horn and go from there?

In this truck its buried in the driver side front panel. Too much work to get to it.
I also figured id get at it through the Relay, but if there is a relay, its not in the Fuse box where all the other relays are.
Any other suggestions?

I'd test the harnesses coming off the column with a DMM. Lead will likely show 12V+ at rest and continuity to ground when horn button is pressed.
