trouble adding 535T to 5706P

I wonder if you can help me out. I have a 2014 Toyota Tacoma 4 door that I had a Python 5706P remote start installed on by a professional installer two years ago. He did it as a side job. I recently purchased two Directed 535T window modules to interface with the alarm. I brought it all to this installer to install because I figured I wanted it done by a pro. I was quite worried while watching him do the install because he seamed lost. He kept saying that this is not the usual module he uses and had much trouble with it. He finally finished installing one of the units and said that he didn't want to do the second one. After much trouble he finally got the first working and programmed. I don't think he did it correctly because when I press and hold the Aux button for 2-3 seconds the remote will make a noise and the windows will vent. If I press and hold for another 2-3 it will vent a little more... it takes 4 cycles to open the window completely. The remote also reads out "trunk" when this happens. More disturbing is that when when this button is pressed... the drivers door unlocks before the window moves. The alarm says armed... just now the door is unlocked. The windows do roll back up when I arm the alarm system... The other issue is that the "auto down/up" feature doesn't work. I located the module to check the dip switch but it is in the correct position. I texted him about these issues but he has not responded. When he finished installing the first module he said that he would call me in a couple days and let me know about installing the second one. I am kind of weary about this. I have done the research and know which wires from the 535T to hook up to the vehicle windows... that is the easy part. Im just not sure how to wire it to the 5706 or the first 535T. I'd really like to install the second 535T myself... I really don't want to go back to this guy to have it done. I can take it all apart to see what goes where if that would help you diagnose the problem.. Please help... Thanks in advance.
