So I have the 50.7x all installed working good. The annoying thing about it when trying to use turbo timer mode i have to hit a few buttons.
Now I know I can use this wire and ground it and it will activate the RS/Turbo timer. But the problem is, At anytime i hit the button it will RS the car. I do not want that to happen since that sounds like a security issue.
Any ideas how to get this working?
I'm thinking relay that will only let the ground be seen when it actively sees 12v ignition. When 12v ingition is not there then ground wont be able to be active?

will this work?
85- 12v accessory
30-ground
87-to RS activation wire
86-switch button
so if i do not have 12v live on 85. the switch wont pass thru the ground to 87

Your diagram will work. You could also wire a couple buttons in series so that you have to press both for it to activate.
