I had an idea...don't know if anyone has done this before but I thought I could toss out my theory and see if I could get any help.

I want to put in a fuel cutoff switch(actually two). One will be manual, out of sight...used only when I would be leaving my car in norotious areas or for an extended period of time. The second would be integrated with the factory alarm. I want that when you click the "unlock" button on the factory remote...a relay switches the fuel circuit "on...and vice versa when you click the "lock" button, it switches off. But is only activated, deactivated by the factory alarm(keyless entry remote).

Is there a simple relay that you could hook up, that knows...ok I got voltage from the alarm activate, switch off...ok i got voltage from the alarm deactivate switch on? I know(from installing my own DIY remote start), there are wires on my Honda that get voltage only when hitting the unlock/lock buttons, or sticking the key only in the drivers or passengers door.

Does this sound too "newbish" or far fetched?

what year and kind of car do you have? If its a 99 honda accord, this would be pointless. The 99 accord has a transponder in the key. This car absolutly will not start without the original key, no ifs ands or buts. Acopy will not even work unless it is properly programmed to the vehicles engine computer, and an original key is needed to perform this programming task. So putting a fuel cut off would be piontless because there is no way in hell they will get the car started anyway.

That is what you think. There is always a way around the transponder keys. As far as tying an ignition kill to the factory alarm, it probably wouldn't be worth doing. You could use a passive starter kill relay and would probably be easier. Look to the left and click on the link for relays for details.
