I have serched the data base and could not find the wiring details for an alarm for this van. Does anyone have any info on this van?

Thank You in advance Chuck.

Here's what I found for the Chevy Express, '97-'02.

Thanks a lot, this will give me a starting point.

Most of that seems right, but off the top of my head the horn wire will be tan (-) @ the steering column. Also for an 03 I have a feeling the info listed above for dome lights and info for park lights are incorrect, but to be honest I can't think of what the right stuff is. I think I just grabbed the dome wire at the overhead domelight in the ceiling last time I did one of those. Either way good luck hopefully between all the info you can get it going. Later

Yea, sorry....I didn't realize that wiring I gave you only went up to 2002. I'll see if I run across 2003 anywhere, or maybe someone else has it. Like you said though, this is just a starting point....always check the wires with a multimeter.

I just did one of these for remote start a few hours ago. Most is the same as the 2002, but a few things are different.

-There are two BROWN / whites at the headlight switch; one of those is negative parking lights---no need to go to the BCM for it.

-The ignition and Passlock wires are all to be found at a large black plug right under the dash---it is plainly visible without even taking the dash apart.

There happen to be two yellow wires in there---The one for Passlock is near the middle of the plug, NOT the one on the edge. The tan Passlock ground wire is right near the thick brown, orange, and white ignition wires.

Also, I've never had a need to power the brown radio wire during remote start. The pink, white, and orange will do fine.

-If you go under the carpet on the driver's floor, there's a wire bundle running right in between where the driver's feet would be. There are a lot of light blue and white wires in there---ignore the larger ones. Out of all the smaller wires in there, only one of the light blues is negative unlock. A couple of the whites and another light blue are negative unlock. Both are tested off the PASSENGER lock/unlock switch.

-It would be okay to use voltage sense on this car, because it is impossible to overcrank the starter anyway.

-I found a spot right on top of the engine doghouse where I could easily lay the brain, and then I just ran the wiring to the left to meet up with the van's ignition harness.
