Anyone have a problem programming this security bypass device?  I have the wait-to-start wire and go through the steps to program however, my truck is not picking up the device.

Some of the Chrysler/Dodge vehicles need the ACC wire to be powered up when doing 555C programming. Unfortunately the wait to start doesn't power the ACC. Try temporarily jumping the IGN and ACC together while programming. I also always use the vehicle's owners manual for programming proceedure rather than the sheet that comes from DEI.

Where are you holding the 555C capsule? Chryslers are very trick.   Hold is about 3/4" from the key cylinder in the same position you would if it was a key that you were inserting. If you hold it too close, it won't work.

I move the green and orange wire from the truck to ign 3 wire from the alarm.  This allowed the 555C to program.  Truck now remote starts without key.
