I installed a SEC-8035 security system in a 1989 Honda Civic Hatchback, and I need to know how to set up the hatch so it will set off the alarm when opened.  The hatch indicator light only works with the key on, so I'm not sure how to wire it.  I also need to know how to program the second remote #8435   I would apreciate any help!!

Should work without a key in the ignition. Thats just the indicator lights. If it would  be on with the car off and someone left the trunk open, the batter would eventually die.

My notes say that the trunk trigger is GREEN/ black (-) polarity low in the driver's kick. I don't know if that works for the hatchback as well. When you life the hatch, check around the latch for any wires or any pinswitches, if you can find one, that's probably it.
