I have a 04 Ram that has factory keyless entry and sentry key but no alarm, the dealer tells me they have problems adding the evsII system, in getting it to work with the factory remote, Chrysler says it works, the installers say it does not, and suggested I get an aftermarket alarm that interfaces with the factory system but could not offer any other suggestions. I am not interested in remote start, just a alarm.
Any input would be appreciated.
