i am trying to find how to by-pass the ign key for the remote starter . on a 98 lumina sending too much more any help would be great thanx.

my sheet says the car has VATS....does it have the resistor in the key?  If so, get yourself the PL2003 bypass kit and follow the instructions.  Sure, you can muck around with resistors and a relay, but for a few bucks more its packaged nicer, and MUCH simpler for the beginner...
