Hi,

I have jeep 2001 grand Cherokee with Clifford matrix rx 3.5. When I do remote start the power seats do not turn on. When I flip the switch the diode on the switch turns on but the heater in the seat does not. Everything in the car is operational with remote start except the heat in the seats. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Thank you,
Peter

Can you please explain what you mean. I have checked and both of my accessory wires that the manual said to connect are on. Everything else in the car works works except the heated seats. Am I missing some extra wire?

Thanks,

Peter

My 2002 does the same thind...it has a DEI Viper system in it...I believe it has something to do with the Body control module...going back to the installers the 27th..I'll update then...
