Installed remote start and now the customer says that the cruise control will not work has anyone had this problem?

nope, done lots with no probs...did you check all the fuses?  did you use the data module and well as the passlock module?

Check to see that you are not getting a residual current on the brake wire from the RS unit. If so, diode isolate this wire.
