HI y'all.
Trying to figure out central locking wiring on 2004 dodge ram srt-10. Just about tried every wiring configuration known to man and the only thing i can come up with is a resisted neagative pulse taken directly to door rocker switch(on door panel). Any further help would be much appreciated and if any of you boys have any queries with regards to uk cars i would be more than happy to do the same .

Cheers in advance

Paul

Wow, if you would have used the search button you probably would have had your answer, probably about 300 times. Yes it is negative resisted. 330 lock, 820 unlock, and parking lights are also 330 negative.

Alright then. How do you get the factory alarm to disarm? I just finished putting a Clifford 3.5 Matrix on a 2004 Dodge 1500 and I can't figure out how to get the factory alarm to diasrm when I unlock it. I have used the right reistors, got n the lock wires and the disarm wire at the driver kick, diode isolated the locks to the factory and still nothing.

Taken from dei, " Arm/lock is negative trigger thru a 2K ohm resistor. Disarm/unlock is negative trigger thru a 480 ohm resistor. Single pulse will do disarm without unlocking the doors. Unlock requires a double pulse. MUST use relays."

Thanks Auex,
Can you just confirm that a 12v neg with a 330ohm and 820ohm resistor respectively will do the trick as i tried several differnt configurations of resistors with no joy. For doing a double pulse we always use a cobra A0812 wchich does the trick nicely. Look forward to your replies.
