 i have installed a ultra start 430 on a 95 chevy s10. my problem is that it works  fine until you start the enginethen the alarm goes off and you cant disarm it or over ride it.i replace the unit with another one and the same thing.the wires i hook up are correct but also the car has aproblem with it's brake lights. what i'm thinking is .that abad current is going to the lights and messing it up. thanks

Is it the factory alarm or an after market?

ULTRA START IS A AFTER MARKET ALARM

Unless your unit is an alarm/remote starter combo unit, it's supposed to go off if you start the car. Your shock sensor is either triggering the alarm or it is sensing the ignition turning on. The reason that the alarm won't disarm once it is started is that the ignition wire to the alarm is telling the alarm not to respond to the transmitter if it receives a arm/disarm signal. This feature is designed to prevent you accidentaly arming the alarm while driving. The only feature that will work is the panic option. If your alarm did shut off or didn't go off with starting, then a thief wouldn't have much trouble stealing it.

ok i unstand what your saying, but even when you trurn off the ing;

you still cant turn it off. i disconnect the 12volt  wire and then pluged it back in

and it still won't disarm/arm. and no it just abasic alarm.

Sounds like your disarm/unlock wire is not hooked up properly, so it will not disarm even when you disconnect power.  Also I agree that your shock sensor may be the culprit for turning the alarm on in the first place.  As far as the brake lights, I dont see any reason they would affect a standard alarm.

ok i read what was reply and let me make myself clear

this ALARM does not have a remote starter and also has no

power door lock they are manuel, the ? is sense the brake lights

are not working would it send a bad current back to the brain

to make it act that why,also i replaced it once with another brain

and the samething happened. the only wires that are hooked up

are 12volt -ing;-parking+lights-doortrigger and the siren wire and ground

You should test your wires again with a dmm your 12volt wire you tapped into might be an acc. wire.
