I just put a new Code Alarm CA135 alarm/keyless/and start on my truck a few weeks ago. Just today I had it remote started and it just shut down by itself and the alarm started going off. I disarmed it got in and drove off, I noticed while I was driving that the LED was flashing 3 times the pause then 3 times and so on.  Whilke I was driving I could arm and disarm the system. Once I got to work, I tried to remote start it and my parking lights flashed 3 times and made NO attempt to start.  Also, I could not put the unit in valet, weather it was armed or disarmed the LED was flashing in the sequence of 3 flashes the pause.  I unplugged the module for a few min. and then plugged it all back in. Since I did that everything seems to be working fine now. Has anybody had any experience with these new units? If so have you seen one act like this before?????

Even though it is working fine now that I unplugged it and plugged it back in? I was thinking maybe a bad module??

Haven't seen that problem, but it definately sounds like a bad connection on the ignition wire. Check your connection. When you unplugged it and plugged it back in it might have been enough to move the connection back to a working spot.
