ok, well i had an dei pager alarm before and all i did was run a wire from the passenger side over to the driver side, then hook them up the alarm lock and unlock outputs. this alarms lock/unlock outputs are + and -, so maybe im missing something, i dunno. so i just put both locks togther and both unlocks together, then put them on the appropiate wire from the alarm, but i get nothing...

the outputs are a blue wire that is positive lock, but doubles as a negative lock

and blue/black wire that is negative lock, but doubles as a positive unlock.

You may need to boost the signal for the doors locks to work. If you are using the (+) output from the CPU use this diagram: Positive to Positive Relay Diagram

yes if you use a relay for lock, you will need one for unlock as well..your output is - and you need ot change it to +.....

ive read in other posts that if the car has keyless it uses a positive pluse lock system.  Will that affect how i wire up the locks to the relay?? or is the diagram in this post what i need, just to boost the signal to the lock/unlock wires.  Like i said before the lock/unlock wires from the alarm double as both positive and negative.....could it be that the alarm isnt sending enough current to unlock/lock the doors??

No it will not affect the way the relays are integrated into the system. All your doing with the relays is boosting the (+) signal from the alarm system to activate the OEM door lock/unlock system. You are correct about the signal not being strong enough that is what the relays will help with.
