A friend of mine installed a aftermarket radio in his 2003 Neon SXT and after the install the OEM alarm triggered. Does anyone know if the OEM head unit has anything to do with the OEM alarm?

Shouldn't be.....Did this friend use the proper wiring harnesses and antenna adapter?

Dont connect to the two pin harness nor the brown wire. Thats all folks. Mel
