ok i dont get your question totally but here goes you have  saecond siren u want conected to your original ?  so u will have two off of one alarm well the red of the siren is the positive triger input from the alarm usually alarms use brown as thier siren out put and the black will go to ground ie(the chassis of the car) now if you do want two alarms going at once u should connect a relay as follows to assure you will not burn that alarms siren out put follow carefully  pin 86 of the relay will go to the alarm brains positive siren output now 85 will go to ground now 87 will go to a 12 volt source fused with a 5 amp fuse near the battery now pin 30 of the relay will go to all ur red siren wires u have and all the black siren wires wiill go to the chassis ground its easy any thing else ask ill help u good luk

so the siren you're hooking up is a batt-back-up siren right?  For your siren hook up the red to constant 12v fused, black to ground.  For the other 2 wires you have to know if your alarm has a positive or negative trigger output.  Hook up the relay exactly how mobiletoys2002 said.  I tried avoiding a relay in a multiple siren hook-up before and well, you learn from your mistakes.
