The alarm is a Thor one, and the remote start feature wasnt installed. Only the keyless entry, shock sensor or whatever was installed. Not even the starter kill was installed. I used a DMM and checked the voltage on the ignition harness itself, and it read 6.XXX.. Any idea's on how to fix the car? The highbeams, horn, nothing is working, but the all the fuses are alright. I used my DMM to check the fuses also.

Have you checked the battery?

Yes, it reads 12.xxx. We even tried to jump start it also

Another thing, at the ignition switch the wire thats supposed to read 12v (white wire on a 98 Civic) reads only 6.xxx. While on the harness, like where the white wire leads to FROM the switch, reads only 10.xxx.

[battery = 12v]---------wires------------[harness = 10v]------------------wires--[ignition switch = 6v]

Could the alarm possibly melt the wires? I also checked the wires from the ignition switch to the harness it plugs into, and those wires werent melted. But from the harness, to like the battery or whatever, could those be melted? The horn, headlights, nothing works however the battery still reads 12v?!

try cutting the insulation off and check for corroision on 12 volt wires this could cause a voltage drop.

Did you check to see with a DMM the main fusable link in the fuse box in the engine ? Do not use a light tester or your eyes because it will not help you. Using a DMM will allow you to see if there is a problem with the fuse on both ends of the fusible link. Check all the fuses.
