How connect power lock wires of a viper 700 to a 99 honda civic .Please help me I am only a beginner.

 The two wire lock connector from your viper alarm are light blue and light green , connect these wires to green / white ( lock ) and green / orange ( unlock) . These wires are found above fuse panel or at keyless entry module or you can also find them behind the radio in a green connector . When you locate these wires check them with a test light before you connect them . They are negative trigger so if you connect the ground clip of your test light to the body of vehicle and probe these wires one should lock and the other unlock.
