I have a couple of wiring diagrams that have key sensing wires show on them, what do i need to do with these? will they affect the remote starter or the alarm?

in many cases nothing, but some applications will require you to use key sense and that is why that info is listed on the tech sheets......

If you have a bypass module that needs to know if the key is in the cylinder to turn off the module, this will be a required connection.
